I generally don’t write reviews but my visit to Willowdaile Family Dentistry was so awesome that I felt the need to share my experience. To start, I just switched to Willowdaile about a month ago because I had a horrible experience getting teeth pulled at another dental location. My first two visits were great. I had some fillings done. This was my third visit and I went in to have three teeth pulled and I was extremely nervous. Brandy was the assistant helping with the procedure. She was so nice and kind and she really helped me stay calm through the whole thing. Dr. Masoomi performed the procedure . He did an amazing job! It didn’t take long at all. He was so nice and made sure I was ok all the way through and even packed and sewed up the area to make sure it would heal properly. So, just an overall great experience! The front office atmosphere is calm and relaxing, the staff are great and acknowledge you as soon as you walk in. They check you in quickly and efficiently. So I highly recommend Willowdaile Family Dentistry based off my experience.

The doctors and staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful to all my dental needs. My new fav place and they made me feel welcome and no anxiety the whole time during my visit. I highly recommend this place to anyone who suffers with teeth pain and issues.

I completely forgot everyone’s names but for what I went for wich was an extraction! For one it was last minute emergency appointment because my face was swelling and they got me in supper fast! I wish I could think of the nurse name but she was a wonderful black southern women so patient, kind and reassured me that everything would be ok ! If it wasn’t for her I don’t know if I would have made it because I have a very high pain tolerance and the doctor was very professional, and fast especially for it to be a Friday with so many patients I appreciate them taking care of me and getting those teeth out! As well as the male and female receptionist that sit at the desk closest to the seating area they were nice as well she charged my phone for me and he gave me advice about how to deal with healing ! I appreciate that so much I will be back ! Also I went to this dental office as a little girl and now I’m 32 full circle moment ❤️

Just recently started going here and already I am very pleased with all the staff and atmosphere. Very kind and friendly staff (all). Gr8 choice of music to listen to and entire office is always neat clean and smells so good. I have a huge fear of thr dentist even though I am 45 lol, I still carry that fear with me, but to be 💯 I have felt very comfortable since day 1. Thanks to all the staff at this facility, I appreciate each and every one 🙏 of you!!! Much Love

Been going here for years! Started taking my baby brother and sister never had any issues! Everyone is always patient and so nice and compassionate. I never thought twice about taking my daughter here. She had her first appointment at 1 yrs old they’re very attentive, super patient and always so nice they interact with my daughter who is now 3. They even offer a helping hand. I love my dentist family! Hands down the best dentist I’ve ever attended
